Family Rank Spreadsheet, you are well aware that your family lost a big chuck of their data. Zynga has refused to even acknowledge this problem and there is little hope that they will do anything about it.
A few days ago, it seemed odd that the Mafia War Gods-Junior Family jumped up to second place in the Iced category.
Upon review of their chart, you can see that all of their lost ices were returned. We asked them about this and they told us that Customer Support restored the data. I'm happy that their ices were returned to them but something should be done for all families. When we contacted Customer Support, we were told that this could not be done so I'm not sure why one family was able to get their data back but the rest have to wait. Maybe all 10,000+ families should try to contact Customer Support until Zynga decides to do something about this. If they were hoping we all would accept it and move on, they shouldn't have made it possible to return data to one family and not the others.

ReplyDeleteMy family had their lost stats returned too, it happened sometime in the past 24 hours, so there may be hope for every one :-)

ReplyDeleteActually, if you don't join a family you're getting screwed. Which is what sucks about families -- you're pretty much forced to join or lose out on all sorts of perks. (Like 500 attack and 500 defense, for example, assuming the family gets to level 5.)
