Indonesian Language Removed From Mafia Wars

Share:

In March 3 new languages were added to Mafia Wars bringing the total to 8 (1). The Bahasa Indonesia language was removed from the game leaving the total number of languages in the game at 7. According to this post on the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page, Zynga couldn't get the translations right. Rather then get it right, they decided to just do away with it. The Mafia Wars (Bahasa Indonesia) Fan Page is still available.

  1. Gee ... Indonesia is like the third highest country for people that visit your blog. There sure are a lot of Indonesians playing MW.

Or should I say...there used to be. What a great way to drive people out of the game. Simply eliminate the language they are most comfortable with.

Maybe they are smart enough not to buy RP's. Hence they no longer fit the Zynga business model.

    Oh well.

Don't give up your day jobs.

  2. Gee, Indonesia is the 2nd largest Facebook nation and bahasa is a dead easy language. This is just being lazy.
