We briefly had another Ice Seasons Event today (1) . It was all one big mistake and Customer Support explains to us why it was removed. Don't expect it to return until November 15th. Zynga asks that you don't contact Customer Support to ask what happened. Sadly those who don't read or look at the support articles will do so anyways.
