Antidotes On My Wishlist

I was looking at my Boost Page and noticed that had 5 Antidotes. I purchased 1 for a blog post and I have no idea where the others came from

I was able to add it to my wishlist and I posted it to see if anybody else had them in their boost page.

Eike had one and sent it to me so now I have 5 Antidotes that can't be used.

In order to convert into a Survivor Human, I still need to spend 5 Reward Points so I'm not sure what the purpose of having these boosts is.
