Zynga Recruitment Video

Share:

Below is a recruitment video for Zynga. It seems that the employees are happy and love their jobs.  I guess it's much better to work on a Zynga game than it is to play one. Pay special attention to the nerf gun battle and you will understand what motivates the developers to nerf every good thing in Mafia Wars. Many thanks to David Reedy for finding this and pointing out the nerf scene.

  3. So they select a bunch of autistic nerds to do the work, send them to Vegas once in a while on our reward points and call it a win? Works for me! Hey Zynga, I can type my name on a keyboard! Hire me!

  8. Wow! No wonder the game's all screwed up. They spend their time goofing around than actually concentrating on fixing ever-growing and never-ending game problems. Then again, maybe those are just actors playing a scripted video?
