A waste of RPs really. I mean, 1 RP for 1 Skill Point? You should just shave your RPs and build Weapons/Vehicles/Armor/Animals/Port Items to get stats.

ReplyDeleteHow is it that I keep missing these? How long are they there for? I have never ever seen one. Are they listed anywhere else besides looking on that page every few minutes?
ReplyDeleteRobert W, how is spending 12 RP to lap yourself on property builds for +6 skill points better than 1/1? As long as you agree that health is a much less valuable skill than the other four (because, e.g., you can heal for monopoly money and build +20 health in properties as opposed to a max of 6 for the others), this is the best SP deal in the game. It just sucks that it's dumb luck whether you ever catch it.

That is 2:1 rating... Italy?! Not worth talking about.
In NY (armor/animal) in 18 hours you can get 60 health... for free. And then you can convert this in any other stat. 1:1. You have a better deal?
