There seems to be an issue with Jeff and now he is all jacked up. You can see on my Home Page the timer is ticking away as if we never defeated him. It's been almost 30 minutes since we last defeated him.

we have beat him 25 times.. almost 2 times a day till we had the cool down timer..if im honest i like the break in between boss fights,ill be glad when the ice event is over also..
ReplyDeletei have had this now for the last 2 weeks and it is junk they want to spend more on rps for stamina but they dont give us this for free they are not good pepz there at zinga they just want to play mind games with every one
ReplyDeleteYes we have a problem too, we were able to reset the timer but our individual scores are not registering correctly. We have some players who remain on 0 although they have hit him and all of us are not showing the full amount of points we know we actually gained. The scores are not in numerical order either. The health of the boss is going down, but we don't trust it now.

ReplyDeleteMaybe he'll finally go away. My family won't coordinate enough to finish him, and meanwhile, no Raven -- I'm one fight away of Decimus (the only other Achievement I need besides What's After Trillion).
ReplyDeletemy family was able to reset the cooldown counter. About 10 people have joined, but it still indicates no one has joined the fight. They took our rp's, but we can't do anything.
ReplyDeleteMy family had this issue for about 10 minutes and we were then able to collect our loot items. Probably happened due to the server maintenance.

ReplyDeleteJacked up as follows... my family started a new fight but it states that "0" people have joined the fight. It should at least say "1" for me. I can see that he is damaged and I have a score inside the fight. There is no top 10, and I can not see any of my family inside the fight either (so I can't send my boosts).
ReplyDeleteWe have a different problem with Jeff. We reset him and normally in the first 5 minutes no one can see anyone else who joined. Its been over an hour now and we still can't see anyone else to give or get boosts =(
ReplyDeleteI can only see 2 family members that have done any damage. Both of my accounts are not seeing each other, and have done lots of damage and should show up in the leader board.
ReplyDeleteWe just took him down again, takes 12-15 hrs between the 10 or so people who actually attack him. 1st time I have seen this glitch.
ReplyDeleteThe Guns & Roses family experiences the "collection/reset" issue as well as the "seemingly missing" family fighter issues. Jeff is defeated four times per day in our family, at minimum
ReplyDeleteSadly, it takes a connection to Customer Support to rectify the reset and inject the loot. Some support personnel will actually compensate for the delay.
it's the same for us - hopefully they fix that soon. as there isn't much else we can make loot improofment at.

Our family has been this way for several hours. Watching timer sit at 23:59 (it resets anytime I move away from the page). No rewards and can't restart fight.
ReplyDeleteover 12 hours since my family beat him and were still not able to collect our rewards and everytime we check it starts the 24 hour timer again...
