Zynga has updated their Loading Issues Page. A reprint with instructions to help them identify the current problems is show below.

Loading issues September 19th UPDATED

Updated Currently Mafia Wars is experiancing a loading issue preventing them from playing the game.  It has primarily occured around the fight page and is associated with the following:     Non responsive fight page     Spinning revolver in the fight page     Error message "The requested URL /mwfb/remote/remote/html_server.php was not found on this server The Studio is actively working to resolve this issue.  This Article will be updated when there is any new information regarding this error. The studio has released a fix that should have cleared up this particular loading issue. There are still other loading issues we need assistance in resolving.  If you're still experiancing these issues or other slow performance issues please provide the following information: Browser and version Geographic Location Operating System Exact copy of the URL from the browser when you experiance the error. Please copy and pase this directly, don't give the general link to the game.
