The Official Mafia Wars Blog has posted the next installment of This & Next Week.
Declare War Loot Adjustment-Some players were butt hurt that they didn't have much war loot and claimed the bots took it all. The magnitude of complaints were overwhelming so we had to do something about it. We couldn't figure out who took advantage and exploited our glitches so we screwed everybody. Now those whiny complainers really have something to bitch about.
Next week looks pretty mild but don't be fooled. They often throw 10 or 15 things at us that weren't mentioned in This & Next Week. There is a carry over from the week before so maybe we really will see this Union Station (cough, cough, Property Manager) next week.
Coming Next Week*
Union Hall
Collect, upgrade, and build from all of your properties in one central location.
Translation: We know we said you would get this last week but our developers devoted all of their precious time writing code to steal your war loot. That was way more important than making the game easier and more enjoyable to our players.
New Mission Event: Get A Grip
Your protected businesses are being targeted, your mafia members are being picked off, and your safehouse is under attack! The only way to get a grip on this situation is to set a trap with yourself as the bait!
Translation: The title of the next Mission is our secret message to all the players who are having trouble dealing with the war loot rollback. Could you all get past this and move on? You know that loot will be useless in a few weeks anyways. All you boycotters will feel pretty stupid that you were so angry. If it's great loot you want with minimal effort, please visit the Marketplace for a great selection. "Get A Grip" people!!!
