This is old news but the reasons were explained on today's episode of Mafia Wars Live. When Smuggler's Haven opened to all players, the timer was at 14 days. The current Mission, To Smuggle a Mocking Bird, has an objective in which the Secret District must be fully mastered but the timers weren't in sync. Smuggler's Haven was supposed to end prior to the Mission expiring. Zynga dug deep and saw the logic and decided to extend the timer. Smuggler's Haven and To Smuggle a Mocking Bird will now expire at the same time.

I still do NOT have access to the Smuggle the Mockingbird Mission, even though I got access to Smuggler's Haven and completed it last week.
LOL another ZYNGY ..... ERROR.... not everyone is gonna pay 500 dollars on zyngy points to by how REAL cash
