Smuggler's Haven: Expired

The Smuggler's Haven timer has expired and the jobs are gone forever.
If you tried to get there before they took it off the Travel Bar, you were told "There are no secret districts currently open!".
The Travel Bar is now accurate and we are all just waiting for Cuba to be added. The fact tht it wasn't makes me suspect that maybe the new Mission will have an objective that unlocks it.

    I'm still doing jobs in Smuggler's Haven using OGP's MW Tools Suite. Started the session before it went dark and it has continued running after SH "closed." Not sure how to prove it since RMJ doesn't show the job being run...
