    Are they insane?
    Id rather take my 50 RP and go and buy another build of NYC items so that it ADDS to my stats, not moves them around. C'mon ... who would SERIOUSLY fall for this?

    In Vampire Wars You could spend 35 Rp & reallocate as much as you want at least it was like that but Ive stopped playing that one a long time ago
