I'm better late then never but you can't miss the message that sits on top of your Game Header.

More info takes you to a forum post that pretty much says the same thing but fills you in lets you know it should all be over by 9:30 PDT.

Hello Mafia Fans,

We will be updating our servers tonight starting at 6pm PDT. This should be complete by 9:30pm PDT. During this time you may experience load delays and slow game performance. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    does anyone know what 9:30 pdt is in gmt time?

    8 hours difference....should be 5:30 AM finish...

    PDT is -5:00, so you need to subtract 5 hours to your local time
