Return To Cuba?

Check your Achievements Page and you will notice something new in the Cuba Achievements section.
Return To Cuba
The Return To Cuba is earned by "mastering Cuban Job tiers up to Ruby".  I have no idea about this one. There is no information anywhere but it looks like a sign that Cuba is returning and will be different as there were no Ruby Levels in the one that closed. I will update when is known.

    I noticed, among the 22 new items in inventory history tonight, a "Cuban Mercenary from Cuba" so this isn't too surprising. Though it does make me question if that is supposed to be as opposed to a "Cuban Mercenary" from, say, Jamaica or Aruba?

    Look at the Achievement above it... it used to say "NEXT! : Earned by mastering all Cuban job tiers"
    Now it says:
    "NEXT! : Earned by mastering Cuban Job tiers up to Gold."
    Probably reopening with one extra tier.
