In a previous post, I demonstrated that the Grudge Holder Perk didn't seem to do what it promised (1).
I helped in several Operations, yet my reward popups looked just like they did before. The good news is this is just a display error and you actually get 2X the Operation loot. Zynga's description of this perk would have been a lot clearer if they just said 2X the loot instead of extra loot. To further test this perks functionality, I did an Inventory History after helping in a bunch of Operations.
I took screen shots of each reward popup to compare. Twice the loot was added to my inventory. It sucks that I did all that work and only the Bottle-nosed Dolphin helped my equipment score. There is a cap of 10 on the number of rare items you can receive a day. I'm not sure if the Grudge Holder increases this to 20. It depends on if it's keeping track through the popup or the inventory. As you can see that one is very difficult to verify. I would have to do a butt load of Operations and I just don't have the patience. Please comment if you do.

All they're doing is setting you up so they can say you have too much operation loot and take it back.
ReplyDelete"There is a cap of 10 on the number of rare items you can receive a day" wtf? there is really is such a cap, aw damn, that's why can't ever farm loot and only common crap drops.really now, we can't farm energy jobs because they cost too much and don't drop enough, we can farm wars cos' we'll get rolled back, we can't farm operations since there is cap, really, the only thing we can farm is fights, expecting Zynga to take that away shortly too
ReplyDeletecmon now its zynga we are talking about, its obvious that they are doing the 100% rollout first then they might if we are lucky, concentrate on the perks working... so about a months time then
