This is hardly breaking or unexpected news and I'm not going to devote a lot of blog space on it...Ice Season: 08 is here. You should know the drill by now. Collect your loot and badge.
Start icing people and hope you can do that 1,000 times before the week is over.
The loot item we are going for this week is the Winter's Grasp. The stats for each badge level are shown below. Skill Points, Reward Points, Special Parts. Mystery Boosts and Crafting Parts will also drop along the way. These ice milestone items have not changed sine Ice Season: 01.
There is one more Ice Season loot item in our Inventory but Zynga has a two weeks to add more.
A lot of players ask if we are going to get a break from these things and the answer is probably not. Leonard Wong found this image in the Zynga servers. I know they sometimes mess with server snoopers so it's hard to tell when they plan on stopping. My guess would be probably not for a while.

I'm not sure why anyone cares/complains about this, since you need to get these same ices for the Family advancement anyway. Getting rid of this but keeping that would not affect game play at all.
ReplyDeleteI'm on the weekly family timer. My one complaint is that the "week" for the family timer is not the same as the week for ice seasons, so I end up needing more like 1200 ices a week, which is slow, tedious, and unsatisfying.
We really need a break from ice seasons. I can afford to keep icing all the week and no play anything more until i'm done with it :/. Do you think I'm right Miss Jen?
