We have seen images from Cuba and some players are currently doing Ruby Level jobs. It's not official open but there is a way to get it. If you find a Crew Request to get in. These aren't easy to find.

r u effin serious....cuba comes back on top of family sh$#t with timers that don't work, family boss fights, ice seasons, arch enemies, secret brazil missions, non existant union halls, double secret power pack tests....wtf, I will not spend a dime. I have never once bitched about this stuff, but enough is enough. My name is Shawn Krug and I just can't keep up with this anymore.

I had two of them and they only took me to NY not Cuba.

ReplyDeleteI have tried so many times and with different c-collections.. I also took the items that were missing.. believing that they can go to cuba
only with the full collection.
I think now that access in Cuba is random! :!

ReplyDeleteSame here. Helped with a crew collection and went to NY. Found the piece on the first try and stayed in NY. I am with Shawn; it is getting ridiculous. I have a job and it isn't MW!

ReplyDeleteNope - not a good post if the statement at the top of the page supercedes all the instruction and screen shots - perhaps you could put a date to that? Or be more specific that everything that follows that statement is crap ... it doesnt look very clear. thx anyway.

NONE of us can return, even those that completed it. K9
ReplyDelete@everybody who is complaining...the post was good at the time it was published. I wasn't sure if it was fixed or not for ALL players. As you can see by all the posts above it, I was busy. I didn't have time to research and see if it was fixed across the board. The first update should have been clue enough that it wouldn't work. I can't hand feed everybody and common sense should be used at times like this. If you don't like my style than go elsewhere. I haven't seen this posted anywhere else and that's because there are too many sites that wait for me to post things and they do it. This was a case where they were all too late. If you were too late when you read it and didn't apply common sense then it's your problem and not mine.

ReplyDeleteThe ones who should get Cuba reopened first is those who haven't completed it yet. It doesn't matter. The ones who need it opened for them won't get it til after the large, powerful, and elite families who don't need it get it completed. Just another example of Zynga BS and how they claim "they are trying to ensure an even playing field". It will be another EPIC FAIL for those of us who actually are playing the game and not buying our way through it.

I don't know why people are so venomous when they personally take advantage of the glitch. This isn't a "how to cheat mafia wars" blog, its a "hey, here's some interesting things about the game" blog.

"SPIRIT" has it exactly right so I, too, am in agreement with Mr Krug. Zynga keeps claiming that they want a "level playing field" while giving extra bennies to a few elites and treating the other 5M players like mushrooms. If Cuba II comes out before I have the new hospital and the ability to use power packs, I'm gone.
ReplyDeleteTo all the posters complaining about the lack of a "Level Playing Field" I know what you mean and after being shafted a few times I know it can get quite infuriating. It does seem elitist at times and all the heavy hitting CC players getting the new features first, well before any of us who never pay a penny get anyway near. But the fact is that without the CC players we wouldn't have a game to play. Its a free game to us as its subsidised by those that pay their way through the game. How infuriating if you did pay but the none payers got all the same loot and advantages as you at exactly the same time. That is why, Yes it can be maddening at times and every day we feel like we have been Zynga's yet again, We should remember that it is a FREE game and get back to the reason why we do it. For a bit of fun and the challenge of it.

Its kind of funny. I've got an account I play daily on, that gets nothing new when things get rolled out to test...
ReplyDeleteBut the account I haven't touched for 6 months gets all of the new updates and bells n whistles. Neither profile buys anything.
Stop yelling at a person who is always here to explain the latest updates to MW! For cripes sake she is helping us, or trying her best! Don;t come to the blog and give her a hard time....
