Zynga is offering us Gold Mystery Bags for just one day. This is because "It's worth its weight in gold". I can't wait to test that theory out.
Zynga went all out on this one. There is a Current Event Module and and Ad Module.
They even spruced up the Free Gift Page. Find Gold Mystery Bags on the Free Gift Page. You can't ask for Gold Mystery Bags but you can send them and hope your mafia members return one to you.
They start out pretty good and I got 5 Attack Points, 5 Energy Points, a Reward Point and a Skill Point.
I'm working on my NY money achievements so I appreciated the 11 million in NY cash (it's a long way from 999 Trillion but it all adds up).
The Grand Prize of these Mystery Bags is the Canister Rifle. I didn't get one but went searching for it on a different account after reading many comments about it.
It's too bad these Gold Mystery Bags are only around for 1 day because I would have liked to have one.
Now it goes downhill really fast. Thai Baht!!! Are they serious??? This is worth it's weight in poop not gold!
Save the boosts for Mystery Boost Packs please.
Because these are so useful to players who have fully upgraded their NY properties.
One thing I can always use more of is useless loot items. Throw these on the poop scale.
This should help with the skewed robbing equation.
I'm not clear on the limit as it doesn't say on the requests. It seemed like after 20 or so, I started getting all the regular Mystery Bag items. If you know the limit, please comment. I have a feeling some of the "Gold Mystery Bags" shown above should have been regular Mystery Bags as the items are about the same.

There random items from the Blue, Red, Regular mystery bags and secret drops.....this is lame....just another stupid thing.....some geek at Zynga going every one piss so lets add this Gold Mystery bag...but what do we put into it ok will just use the same stuff int he other Mystery bags.....every thing I got I get in the other bags...I even got a Comic ...lame don't know anyone that hasn't got the comic collection been gifting the extra collection stuff for months and none of my Family seems to need them ......another lame thing

I got a Canister Rifle 122/89. The first two bags were RP, then 5 attack, 1 SP, and then 5 or 6 boosts, and then the Canister Rifle... Not bag.

ReplyDeleteIt's 20. I got a total of six bags with items that are useful to me, 13 with stuff that isn't at all useful to me but may be to the next level 200 or less that joins my mafia, and one with something that's absolutely useless to anyone (Thai Baht).

I definitely was able to open 20 of them before reaching the limit, but other than +5 attack, the rest was junk and no better than a regular mystery bag. If they thought this was going to appease us for the fiasco over the wars, they were wrong!
