It was only a matter of time before something went wrong with the daily timer in the Family Progression feature. Upon timer reset, many are finding that their objectives are already checked but they never got an opportunity to collect. Andrew of the {ASS} Family is fast but he isn't this fast! Nobody could do all of the objectives in less than 4 minutes.
I understand your concern regarding the lost progress for the Family Progression feature. The development team is aware of this issue and are currently working on finding a resolution. Players who have lost progress will have their progress restored or will be compensated for their efforts. This issue affected only a limited number of players and the development team has been able to track and identify each account. At this time the issue is still being investigated and the resolution will be determined when the review has been completed. At that time any restoration or compensation will be automatically added to the affected players accounts. We understand that you may be frustrated at your lost progress, and apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Our development team is working diligently to correct the issue, and we appreciate your patience while we work at resolving the matter. I'm sorry that I don't have an immediate resolution, but rest assured we will compensate you for you time and efforts then the development team has resolved the issue.

also some members half way through the day at 6 hours got reset on every thing but the timer

ReplyDeleteOnce again the Zyngons strike. They roll out a new feature - the Family Boss Fight - and screw up another feature - the Family Mission. I asked CS (chicken shit) what the hell was going on. I expect to get the same boilerplate response everyone else has received. It seems like there's a severe case of rectal-cranial inversion over at Zynga. What else is new.
ReplyDeleteits screwed all the way around i was using the fam exp to help me level because power packs are not available to me yet and needless to say stamina packs are gone and the brazil boost doesnt quite cut it. i wish get their crap together for once... as if that would happen.. right? seems every time they add something they break something else (fubar) (finger) zynga
ReplyDeleteI think by "limited number of players" Zynga means 100%. It cannot be more than everybody = 100%, so the number is limited ;)

Heh, one member did contact the lost cause of the CS and got a reply that this happened cause she didn't use Chrome. o.O Then she sent another email to CS saying that clearing the cache, using Chrome and starting the game from direct Mafia Wars didn't help... pending response. Going on for the second day now.
