The Old City Bonus is present New York and Bangkok. It offers 3 times mastery.
The Betrayal in Bangkok Mission offers 5X mastery to all jobs in Bangkok and replaced the Old City Bonus.

    I'm on Episode 7, starting on Level 4. I need B$3,234,000 more to buy needed Items on the 1st job but only have B$74,480 in the bank. How the heck can I finish this if we are limited to 5 Bhat Gifts w/c only have around B$2,000 max? Tourist Guide Scam at Level 30 only generates B$90,880 per 48 hours, Cock Fighting is B$27,120/day and Fighting Fish Arena is B$6,107/8 hrs. Thats approx B$90,000/day, it would still take me around 35 days to get to B$3,200,000 still not considering the deposit fee. I can't do any other jobs as well since I already sold all the items needed for Episodes 1-6 just to buy the items needed for Episode 7.

    Arrrggggg...
