The Mystery Boost Packs are finally here. I told you about them over a week ago and I've been waiting ever since
(1).
Find them on your Free Gift Page. Once again, Zynga has left the Special Part alone and they got rid of Mystery Shipments. Those may be useful if they worked. All I ever get is Animal Feed.
Mystery Boosts are like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get. You get a different variety and amount of boosts from each gift. I've seen fighting, robbing, property and energy boosts. The Home Page Module shown above asks you to go fight but you can use these boosts for all of the game components. I'll open up 200 of them tonight and try to see everything that's offered. Also check the
Mafia Wars Wiki as I'm sure they will soon have a Mystery Boost page.

mystery shipments do work. if you have all of your properties upgraded, then you get animal feed because they are supposed to give you a "needed" part to build. if you don't need any parts because you're fully upgraded then you get animal feed. i realized that levels 11-15 had unlocked for the armory and zoo when i opened a mystery shipment and all of a sudden i got an armory or zoo upgrade part after i had been getting animal feed for the longest time.
ReplyDeleteThat's how they are supposed to work, but I needed property upgrade parts, and still got animal feed... EVERY time...
ReplyDeleteI have over 2500 boosts, do they actually do anything? I mean I win I win, I lose I lose, perhaps if my opponent has the same stats I might get favoured, but who is going to worry about winning one extra fight? I guess the fighters will?
