If you go to the Marketplace and scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see that the alternate payment options have moved.
In March, Facebook got between Zynga and third part offers in the Marketplace
(1).
All that remained were some offers to buy Reward Points by other means than credit cards or PayPal.
Facebook is in the middle of this now too and the only alternative option to buy Reward Points is by charging them to our mobile phone. You will notice a second mobile ice on your "Buy Reward Points" page.

When you click on the "Buy with Mobile" you get a second window to choose your package. You can see they are one cent cheaper this way.
I couldn't figure out if you have to pay additional fees. It says "Message & Data Rates May Apply" in the fine print and I didn't really want to get caught up in this to find out.
