The third and final Chapter of the Challenge Mission: Staten Island is unlocked. I've been collecting Ferry Passes like crazy and 460 was more than enough to finish straight through. For more details on this Challenge Mission, go here.

In addition to higher energy and consumable costs per job, the percentage of mastery is also lower in Chapter 3 than it was in Chapters 1 and 2. This time around it 8, 6, 5 and 4% mastery per click.
When you fully master a job, you get a Skill Point and a chance to "Tell your friends!".
In addition to a Skill Point, you get a Pair of Heel Guards that have stats of 168/114.
Tell all your friends with each rewards so they can collect a Ferry Pass from your post.
You can see I did Chapter 3 straight through and didn't wait for the Job Heat Meter to cool. I recommend you wait as there is plenty of time. I only finished for the purpose of this blog post. There are a little under 3 days to complete all Chapters of the Challenge Mission: Staten Island. You must complete the previous Chapter to unlock the next one.
I utilized a total of 404 Ferry Passes to go straight through.
