I've been seeing this image frequently on the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page. Here are two different accounts from Jeff Turner and Muhammad Farid so we know it can be reproduced. Players have reported this happening in framed and unframed games. Maybe this means Zynga plans to return the Checklist that so many players liked. I use the one by Team Spockholm so I don't really care if it comes back or not. Please comment if you have seen this and state what you were doing in the game when it appeared. I know there is a bug with comments on Blogger at the moment so please visit the fan page referenced above if you are unable to comment.

i also seen it before two days....some times it appear.....then i refresh my page.then it gone...
