Check the Home Page Current Events Module and you will find a new Boss Fight. This guy is called The Raven and he is an assassin. Maybe this is to honor the Assassin-a-Nator by Team Spockholm.
According to the timer, we only have 8 hours to beat him. Hopefully this is an error of those who aren't on line will miss out. Maybe the Boss will regenerate health this time as these new Boss Fights were intended to. The good news is we can use our old consumable items.
Here are the combos thanks to Bill Johnson of the PAC.
The loot item reward is a Assassin's Jacket and has stats of 170/100. I see no stars so maybe this Boss Fight is just a one time thing. I'll have more information once I finish it.
The Boss is a one time thing, after defeating the boss, you get an achievement ( 1 of 3 actually ) and the boss module disappears afterwards. From what I can tell, the first achievement is for defeating the boss the first time, the second achievement for 50 times, and then the last one for defeating the boss 100 times. Im guessing we will be seeing more of this assassin in the future.

10 times sounds ok I guess, but doing it 100 times sounds very boring!! Seems like overkill as the event basically consists of collecting as much ammo as possible(shotguns esp)then clicking through all the shotgun blasts till he's dead

I had the boss fight then I refreshed my page and it disappeared. What to do?

ReplyDeleteI was doing the fight, ran out of shotgun blasts, so went to see if any friends posted requests in their feeds. Didn't see any, so reloaded MW. No boss fight there. Hope I didn't waste my few shotgun blasts :(

ReplyDeleteWon the fight...box comes up says the boss is dead, p lease go to the operations page...went there and no indication of the boss fight...check inventory and picture of Assassain's Jacket is there but not lit up...thanks for helping get a lot of ammo off the streets, Zynga...now where's my damn jacket ?

damn, why does every combo require shhotgun blasts? I got one active MW player and have been able to do the boss fights since I am pretty strong and one of combos was always without shotgun, now, its bad...
ReplyDeleteI got him.. but my timer was only for 3 hrs!!! I managed to defeat and get the award... he is now gone..could only defeat him 1x.. guess I will wait for him to pop back up for some more action
