Customer Support did a great job with their FAQ on the new Family Module. There has been a recent update and now it is possible to promote as many Family members as you need to the role of Underboss. From player comments on various posts, I also learned that you can only join one Family per day. You are only allowed to be in one Family at a time but if you join one accidentally and remove yourself, you won't be able to join the one you intended to until the next day. For now, there can only be 100 members in each Family. We are hoping that this limit will be increased. There is also talk of of opening up the Family database to more than one page. Currently the only way to view all registered Families is by using a script created by Team Spockholm. Expect changes as the Family Module will continue to evolve and improve. ReplyDeleteI too am in a family that i did not intend on joining. I believe it occurred by hitting what I thought was a mission crew request. I can't be certain. Of course, I want out. Anybody know how to get out???

A-ha! Got it! On your Families page, under the My Mafia, there is a list of all the members of the Family, including yourself. To the LEFT of your name, is a red 'X'. Just click the 'X'. It will ask if you're sure you want to leave the Family and voila! You're out of the Family!
