As more and more players get the new fighting system, they are slowly finding out the Brawler isn't working. Arun is aware of the fight changes and needs to wait until he is able to look at it before he can make updates to the current version of Brawler. As previously posted, Zynga has revamped the fight system. Because of this, the current version (4.5) of Brawler will not work. The good news is Zynga is slowly releasing the new fight system. If you find yourself on the ass end of the slow roll, your Brawler will work just fine. |
A: As explained above, many changes have been made to fighting. The code for Brawler is set up to read the old style of fighting not the new. The fight changes will be slowly rolled out to players to ensure stability within the game. Due to the gradual release it will not be immediately available to all players so those who have to wait can continue to enjoy the benefits of using Brawler and not risk getting Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Q: My friends Brawler works and mine doesn't. This isn't fair?
A: When Zynga releases new features into the game, they want to ensure that it does not create instability and functions in the way that it was intended. Although we try to release it to the wider audience as quickly as possible, it is imperative that we make sure that it will not interfere with your enjoyment of the game. Because you got the new features early, you will not be able to use the current version of Brawler no matter how many times you clear your cache.
Q: Can Customer Support compensate me for all the loot and ices I'm going to lose over this?
A: No. Our agents aren't authorized to compensate any players who are upset that they will have to click thousands of times a day. May we suggest that you utilize your stamina to rob if you aren't happy with your current situation. All robbing scripts are up and running.
Q: When will the next version of Brawler be available?
A: Unfortunately Zynga probably won't go out of their way to ensure Arun get the new fight system right away. Once he has it and can look over the code, he can begin to update it.

The Mafia Task Force Forums Aruns Helpers Page to get all the information you need about Brawler. The Spokholm Mafia Tools site is awesome but Brawler is not their tool. It wouldn't be nice to spam up their wall posts with your Brawler questions. Sending inbox messages to the Mafia Wars Loot Lady won't get you very far either.
Q: What is this Brawler you speak of and where can I get it?
A: Brawler is a bookmarklet that will scan the fightlist and fight targets for you. It doesn't make you a stronger fighter, it just performs click activities that you would normally do to burn through thousands of stamina. Find it at on the

ok i sometimes get the message session timeout but then my brawler goes back to brawlin what does that mean??? how long will i be able to brawl for before mine wont work or is that a question u cant answer any help much appreciated
ReplyDeleteSession time out errors can happen for a lot of different reasons. If you still have the old fight system then you shouldn't see it too often.It will work until you see the new fight screen or Arun updates it.

I love this new thing.... I hated pop ups before but now they are actually useful ice the dude that stole your ice without hunting him down... yeah this rocks.
ReplyDeleteLOL only bullies would not like this new pop up... it even shows you your top loot, it doesn't hang and the best part is it shows you who stole your ice and gives you the button to pound that guy who wouldn't like the get the player back into the game system they have come up with... outta the closet time :)

How ever: I enjoyed the old times better. It was more Mano el mano.
This is like a kids game, and if it wasnt for the bad habit of playing what ever happens, i might consider quitting due to all silly animals and other unbeliavably childish attractions in this new version.
Anonymous, I am not a bully, nor do I feel need to use auto-players to cheat. This new twist ,sucks.Personally ,I can't for the life of me figure out why you who use auto-players, fighters, and the like, feel need to cheat.Outstanding job your folks did raising your with ethics and morals

instead of complaining here complain on the Zynga community forums and to CS and tell them to leave our game alone. Maybe a huge drop in the sale of stam refills will get their attention.
ReplyDeletewhy use the brawler? you fight 5k stam manually everyday 2 or 3 times then tell me about cheating. And how is it cheating? It is my Mafia against another all this script does is click for me it does not boost my att raise my def or give me any unfair advantage.

ReplyDeleteNever Fails ... Zynga sets out to make the game impossible to play for the average player. I use the bookmarklets to help me make the most progress on the game in the little time I have available, I I am sure I owe Pete,Martin, Arun, and the other 'Code Monkeys" BIG TIME, not only in the alleviation of additional stress and possible carpal tunnel syndrome. In the meantime, while our resident 'code geniuses' figure out how Zynga is screwing us again, join me in my new Mantra: 'Ohmmmmm, This is Just a Game, This is Just a Game, Ohmmmm, This is Just a Game, This is Just a Game..."
