Where is the Double Loot?

According to the Home Page Ad Module, we should be having a double loot drop weekend (1).
Normally these events start on Friday afternoons. So far there is no double loot.
We have had a few 2X Loot Drop Events since the Home Page was revamped. The last one was on April 22nd and the one before that was on November 3rd. The ad for the last 2X Loot Event looks a lot like the one we saw yesterday. Could it be a mistake? Only time will tell as there has yet to be confirmation by Zynga about the event.
It's currently 5 pm Zynga Time and it doesn't look like anything is double.

    Double loot only appears to be dropping in Brazil...Instead of the 5x it is now 10x...
