The good news is we will get twice the loot that we normally would this weekend.
The bad news is this 2X Loot Drop Event isn't as good as the one we had on the weekend of April 22nd. The reason is the last event actually dropped more than twice the loot. For unknown reasons, loot items dropped at 4 times the rate instead of 2 but building parts and everything else dropped at 2 times. This isn't happening with our current event and everything except the X-Men items are dropping in twos.

Here is a large run performed today and with the drop rates of FHEL5 and FHEL4.
I didn't have a good run to compare the above to because there were so many issues with FHEL5 when it was first introduced. I could only find this short run performed right after the initial bugs were fixed. The current drop rate is actually worse but the run is too short and those Windswepts were dropping like crazy when they first came out.
It's hard to compare the results from the last 2X Loot Drop Event because we got twice the loot than we should have. The rates of FHEL4 are about half this time around so it's probably safe to say the rates weren't decreased. There was a logging issue with Brawler so the items dropped had to be calculated with screen shots before and after the run. For more details on this run, go

Double loot drops will end on Tuesday so try to max out on your fighting loot while you can.
I had a similar short run, but what's the point of fighting? The windswepts & idle hands I got are junk.

Great - some of us get the Icing event days late so there's little to no chance of completing it (and DOES NOT give extra time when we contact tech support.)
ReplyDeleteThen Zynga throws out two additional fight promos (X-Men and Double Loot) that make it even harder to obtain ices than usual.
Many of us have said it before - ONE special event item at a time instead of piling them on top of each other - when is Zynga going to get the message?
What I find interesting... you did a big stamina run... and got no Railgun Barrels or Portable Fusion Reactors. Do these things drop at all anymore?
