Like many of us, John Sweeney Jr. was frustrated that some of his long time mafia were quitting the game. He created the poll below to help determine the reason(s) that would drive a player to quit. You can take this poll here, on the the left column of this blog or on John's blog, the Facebook and Zynga Blogohn's blog. Don't forget to take the poll I started on the right column of this blog about what item you would most like to see updated. We do submit the results to these polls to the Player Advisory Committee and they help show what you the players like and don't like. I only let you choose one option so I can figure out what players would like to see updated the most. It's sad that John was able to come up with 11 things to not like about Mafia Wars!

ReplyDeletei too agree with all of thee above......but the constant spamming and mini games (which is often one in the same) is what's making me think of quitting. the only thing i get now are requests for energy, mission help and join someone's brazil team. my right arm is starting to suffer from carpel tunnel from clicking "x" on the requests from the game area. i click help out once, but i am not about to sit there and wait for it to load twice.....i'm done with brazil and i'm not even close to finishing up Italy properties....why the hell cant we gift italy property items now? i just don't get it. i swear, the asses at Zynga are just so flipping dumb, i doubt half of them finished high school.

ReplyDeleteThe TOP 2 most be, 1 - Game Issues not being addressed and all you ever get from support is "We are sorry to hear that" - "We are working on a fix for this issue" STOP with the Bullshit ZYNGA and fix it. 2 - Back to Back Events, I have troubles getting through these as my free gifts do not end up in the ZMC and I have to do it the old fashion way from FB requests. The last event cost me 3hrs of collecting from FB and I've had enough ..... Yours (About to Quit)

I don't see inability to keep up with the autoplayer accounts??????? Why play a game when you know you will constantly be outgunned by an UNMANNED account?
ReplyDeleteFixing the issues with the game HAS to be the #1 concern of daily players. Zynga keeps adding new things to the game without fixing what we already have, the new things cause new problems, and the issues (and support tickets) just pile up and get worse. Witness the seemingly deserted live help option - they can't help us because so many are working on support tickets weeks old.
