You know that cool new promotion post that you don't have yet? Customer Support has addressed the issue and explains that it is being gradually released to players in the Golden Promotion (Level Up Bonus) page. Players first started getting these bonuses for being promoted on March 23rd (1). It's been 20 days and I don't have it on my account. How gradual are they going to be? The same thing must be going on with the Crack The Safe feature that many players still don't have.

The 'Golden Promotion' is an additional bonus for leveling up and is gradually being released to all players. Lots of positive feedback has been received and the Mafia team is well aware that all players would like to have the chance of earning extra stats and items through leveling. The customer support team appreciates feedback on this feature and understands some players may feel they are at a disadvantage for not having access to the Golden Promotion. Unfortunately the support team is unable to make adjustments to give players access to this particular feature. Thank you for your patience and understanding while the Golden Promotion is released to everyone. |

ReplyDeleteI hopefully have this one but work only if Im level up in Brazil. If Zinga read this, they should speed up for all as what they are doing is not fair at all. Some players have also the feature " crack the save" and gain a lots of high end loots by doing it repetitively when others can just watch them getting more stronger :.( Thank you Jen for all your great work
ReplyDeleteMine does it when it feels like, but winning things like "chain vipers" instead of decent loot then its not really worth it
ReplyDeleteWould be good if it actually worked, I have levelled 10 x since having this and only twice did it work ..... More Crap that don't work. WTG Zynga, you can now add this feature to your WAR feature which in my case seems to broken YET again, alone with gifting and many other features. My Wishlist is that Zynga would get there shit together and FIX these issues once and for all.
ReplyDeletei have it on my looter, it's BS. I get a chain viper every level for about 20 levels, then i get +1 attack or def. haven't seen any of the "good" loot yet. sweet FA on the "golden promotions" as well. I guess i'm just unlucky ;)

ReplyDeleteI have neither, and frankly, am getting to the point that I don't care anymore. After almost 2 years of daily play; Brazil finished; remaining Brazil properties not worth upgrading; fight loot no longer increasing stats; I am not seeing the point of playing any longer. Jennifer, the only bright spot in this game is your blog, thank you so much!
