Once your account gets the Cuba In Crisis Mission, it will show up on your Home Page Module and Missions Bar.
To check out the initial pop-up, look for the countdown timer located under the Missions Bar and click on the little yellow pop-up.
Players who haven't mastered Cuba will get 5 times Mastery and it should be easy to do. Those who have mastered it will still want to do the Mission because you get great bonuses and loot items which I will cover through this walk through.
Before
1 Click After
Besides the Mission Rewards, you will have the opportunity to gain 10 Prop 4's a day from doing jobs and fighting. This isn't a bad loot item for a lot of players but it won't help those who have all the top fighting and job loot.
You can get 10 a day for the next 6 days so it's possible to add 60 of these to you inventory. They drop pretty good so it shouldn't be a problem collecting them. Some players are reporting that the Prop 4's are dropping in New York and Las Vegas so I'm not 100% sure if this is a glitch on their accounts or if Zynga didn't intend on these being specific to Cuba.I got all 10 of mine from fighting. By the time I iced opponents for the Mission objectives, I had used 1,014 stamina. They don't show up on the loot log of Brawler yet so you need to check your inventory after you are finished.
We will also have to do those Cuba jobs that require Politico Corruptos. I'm sure you remember them if you've been playing awhile. They should be easy to get as many players have thousands of them and should be happy to help their mafia. If you were that jackass who randomly gifted yours all away to players who didn't need or want them, this is pretty funny. Thanks to all the unwanted Politico Corruptos that I've received from not cool mafia members, I have plenty of them. Zynga is helping too by adding them to the Free Gift page. You can only accept 5 a day so it's not that big of a help.
Now on to the Mission itself. There are a total of 6 parts and you get rewards and loot along the way.
Part 1
Civil Unrest
Declaring a war took some time to do because there were hardly any players on the fight list not already in a war. This will calm down once most get underway with the Mission. The tasks that require us to do jobs will just count down the job and there are no additional loot items to collect.
The third objective requires that you take out 10 Instigators that are located on the Cuba fight list. Each one costs 8 stamina to attack.
When you complete all the tasks in part 1, you get 3 Cobra G7's.
Part 2
Puppet Masters
The fist task requires that you rob 15 Tobacco Plantations and is straight forward. In the second task you will need to collect on your Bodega 2 times to get through the second part objective in Part 2. It's not bad because there is only an 8 hour wait.Task number 3 is another job and the first of the Mission to require a Politico Corrupto. You will need 14 of them.
Part 3
General Information
Part 3 just requires you Ice 15 players and build two vehicles from your New York Chop Shop. When you complete all the tasks get 2 Red Scorpions as one of your rewards.Part 4
Trace The Broadcast
Task one requires that you upgrade your Factory 15 times. If you are fully upgraded, you will automatically have a check on this task.Task two is back to those annoying Mission requests. You need to have 10 players accept your request or you have to accept one of theirs.
The last task is another job you have to do 20 times and it requires 3 Polotico Corrupts for a total of 60.
Part 5
The Best Defense
In task one you have to get 6 Manila Envelopes from your mafia. I had extras from prior Missions so it was already checked for me. Tasks 2 and 3 just require icing 6 opponents and robbing 20 times. The cool thing about Part 5 is you get 3 Wake Breakers and the stats are pretty great.Part 6
A Little Too Late
Get support from your mafia 8 more times, win one war and do a job 20 more times to complete the sixth and final part of them mission. The last job requires 5 Polotico Corruptos per click and you will need a total 100 of them to finish. You will need a total of 174 to get through the entire Mission. When you are done, get the Embargo Net which has awesome stats and according to the Customer Support 411 will increase the amount of currency you get in the next destination by 10%.When the timer expires, Cuba will be gone. If you haven't mastered it yet, use this opportunity to get all the skill points for mastering all the jobs. Also do as the 411 suggests and vault any collections that aren't yet vaulted. These also contain an opportunity to get skill points.
There are also 10 achievements that offer 10 more skill points. This is also the last opportunity you will have to do them.
Everything in Cuba will be gone including the bank. If you have Pecos, I would use them to heal during the next 6 days. Hopefully they just won't take all of our Pescos that we have earned through the years of collecting properties and playing. Without the bank, I don't know how we can use them but players should be able to heal with this money until it's gone. We earned it and it wouldn't be fair to just take it away. Other than that, I really won't miss Cuba and I hope getting rid of it will make the game perform better. I hope they get rid of Moscow too, nobody goes there anymore either.

Your wrong about cuba and moscow!
ReplyDeleteI use it to heal in brawler and the extra points for "ask friends" helps to lvl.
How else can we get a trillion dollars in NY?
The Whale
Great info... thanks for the help in planning for the next few days.
ReplyDeleteGreat info... Unfortunately Zynga has crippled a select group again!
ReplyDeleteFrom Zynga customer support:
"Allow me to tell me that the missions were created for all of the users that do not have the Manhattan city on their accounts."
So this makes the 4th major item (and a ton of experience, loyalty points and victory coins along with other good loot) that those on server will not receive AND they will also not get the 10% case bonus for the "secret location".
Thanks for this gr8 info. As someone already mentioned, now I can plan for this mission :)
ReplyDeleteZynga messed up the names of Senor Carazco and Don Ramirez. They switched the 2.
ReplyDeleteima gonna use all 8K Polotico Corruptos on 2.12 ratio job ^^
ReplyDeleteThanks for Help :)
ReplyDeleteis it really just 10 props a day?
ReplyDelete@Race
ReplyDeleteyep. i level up 4 times, used up 2K+ energy and 2K+ stamina for each level, and I only got 10 prop 4. that 10 prop 4 was obtained from before 1st level up today.
A very good suggestion is to just leave it the way it is and improve on the lvls.
ReplyDeleteCuba will be "grayed out" of the travel menu - not removed. Place your bets on a new Flash based Cuba scenario later this year.
ReplyDeleteBeen playing 2 years, this is the best info I have seen about the game anyway...thank you
ReplyDeleteOK, you saved some time really.
ReplyDeletewhat is "Pescos"?
ReplyDeleteThe mexican unit of trade is the "Peso"
Sorry, but that would be like calling the US unit of trade the dorrar.
Moscow will die next, see the bottom of the announcement newspaper that says "Russian Mob Boss Dead "... !
ReplyDeletein rly to Eewie Mookie
ReplyDeletePeople who have new Manhattan have a CLEAR advantage over those with the old style NYC/ YOu ever bother to look and see what the mastery bonus are for new Manhattan? New accounts have better regen timers, and fight bonuses. They don't need anymore favors.
If I could lose these okay missions giving ONLY temp mafia atk/def bonus for the new Manhattan, I would do it in a heartbeat.
Haven't been able to do missions since before Dead Man Talking. Have sent numerous emails and 3 live chat sessions in last 1 1/2 wks and all they ever say is they're working on it... yet they continue to roll out new mission events when they KNOW there are many many players whose mission window will not open. I am tired of it.
ReplyDeleteNot only use cuba to heal u can also go to vegas and convert peso's to chips once a day...
ReplyDeletesell all of cuba stuff to the store mite be a good idea
ReplyDeleteWILL WE HAVE OUR CUBAN WEAPONS ?
ReplyDeleteI'm getting bored of the missions, I have not got a big Mafia and don't like adding unknown people to fb. This means I can never get the support to finish the missions. I bet the is a lot of people like me
ReplyDelete^ thats why many people use a fb account just for mw
ReplyDelete^didn't think of that when I started playing.
ReplyDeleteI hope they don't get rid of Moscow. It's the best place to fight!!
ReplyDeleteplease can some one help me i can't ice any opponents on the 3 rd part where you have to ice 15 people i keep attacking someone and still can't ice anyone
ReplyDeletefind a couple people where you win the fights. then go to your rival page and keep fighting them. so they aren't on the fight page right now and the change that you ice them is bigger than if they were on the fight page, where everyone can attack them. and you can come back a couple hours later and still attack them cause they're still on the rival page. just hope for someone who keeps healing so you can ice that person over and over again ;)
ReplyDeletecan anyone tell me how to create a url for sending a manila envolope and join mission crew
ReplyDeleteAnyone having trouble with the final mission, "get support from your mafia?" When I go to ask for help, none of my usual participating MW neighbors appear on the list, only ones that haven't participated in a looong time. My usual ones do not appear under suggested, my mafia or all friends...
ReplyDeletehow do i post a tiny url asking for the help i need with missions rather than send a request, which rarely is accepted. :(
