If you remember all the back to Moscow, you probably recall the day you mastered episode 5 and got the mastery item called the ZPR Pulemut.

Now go to the new Inventory page and look for this item.  The stats are pretty high so most of us are probably still using it to equip our mafia members when we fight and rob.

Now open it up and check out what Zynga has to say about it.  Wow, I didn't even know there was a Vor tier in Cuba! Good thing Zynga is on top of it.

This is exactly why you are better off getting your information from The Mafia Wars Wiki.  They don't make mistakes like that and if they do, they are corrected right away.  Wonder how long Zynga will let this one go on for.
