Here are 3 views of my Fight List. When I would attack the ones that appeared to be alive, they were already dead because other players got to them faster than I could.

Everyone acts like they really get killed...lol The higher levels do not seek you out, you are just on the fightlist and trust me, there are plenty of lower levels that can whip the higher ones. So a level 400 with good numbers will then harass someone the same and bully them cause there not so strong.So it will be the same either way you look at it. Things were fine as they were. not this game will surely hit a all time low. no disrespect, if you can take it, go play farmville !!!!!

*sigh* they should be bracketing it by mafia size, not level. I get spanked by Level 600-900's with 400-501, but I can beat level 1500 with under 400 regularly. I've got under 400 in my crew, so I just can't keep up with others in the over 1000 bracket.

ReplyDeleteRubbish, im a level 1700+ energy player, so fighting has never been the main part of the game for me, but i do fight when i need to use up stamina or like now when im trying to ice 10 in Italy. Now, as an energy player obviously if given the choice of a list of players on the fight list and 29 are level 1500 and above and one is level 200 who do you think i'll go for first ?? but no, Its pointless going on as not only is every one on my lists lvl 2000 and above, but they are all iced. FAIL Zynga.

And seriously it is not like you can't continue to post links to your mafia to have "your enemies" attacked. Zynga can't possible plug up all the holes in this game , they would have to shut the game down and revise completely . Then I could see hair standing on people's head STRAIGHT UP! ReplyDeleteThe intial problem is that it takes forever to find somebody on the list if you are under 501. Also brawler running intrmittent. It finds folks for a bit then goes back to the same crap hopefully this gets fixed. fight cats are to narrow but i agree if you aint got game by level 600 you will never have it without help from The Ned Kelly Mob

Guys who buy RP. most of them are lvl 600-900.. and they got much higher skills ..so what ..i got whiped by a lvl 300 and lvl 5000 and now i'm lvl 1500..and who i have on list.. other clan players as me..and energy acc.s ... and no one is alive..why ? because you idiots do not get point of this game.. energy acc. have mostley 100-300 healt.. i have 1400 that's why you use loot of stamina to ice me...

energy, stamina and healt should be in range of level.. that means if you are level 100 (att 250, deff 250 , e,s,h 100)
i can understand why they have done it by levels but at least make it fairer for the higher levels in game say 1000k - 1999k 2000k - 2999k at least then you are not expected to take on someone 7000k higher level than yourself.all the lower levels have a fairer chance now so at least make it the same for the higher levels.and yes they are all iced on my fighlist also

ReplyDeleteThe problem with that is that the lower levels are getting smart and building up skill points and all. I am against these changes by far, but saying, the lower levels are getting as strong as the higher ones so there will still be people bullying everyone the same as it is now. So what is the difference. People need to stop whining and play the damn game. This is not Cinderella or candy land, it is called mafia Wars. Kill or be killed. Just a game people. if you don't like being bullied, then change your tactics and stop being the energy player. Energy players are fine, just don't cry when you get hit. It is make believe people. You really do not die or get injured.. Go freakin play farmville if you can't take the heat. Crybabies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletei agree it's wrong,but most of the reason high levels attack low levels is to help them complete missions and jobs that require fighting.mafia wars select who you fight and what levels,we dont just go out and attack lower levels it's not worth wasting our health and stamina,if we go and take out a higher level(or try to)we get more skills..so it's nothin personal it's just how the game is played..

This game should NOT be run on levels at all. I just had a level 11,497 fight me that was weaker than a level 500. Levels do not mean anything at all as to how strong or weak a player is. In the reverse, there are level 400's that are stronger than level 1,000's. This is all ridiculous and Zynga did not begin to hear the beginning of this. This game seems to have a bunch of big babies. Fighting is fighting. This is MAFIA wars - not baby wars. We win or we lose. We have all been on both sides of this fence. There were days when I lost all the time. I didn't cry and complain. I did something about it by trying to build my attack and defense.

ReplyDeleteafter browsing through comments above you can see why some are disappointed the fact is you make a choice on how to build your empire if you dn't use your skill points wisely you doomed for failure zynga are cutting out trading & guess what you have to buy rp its just bringing balance to the game zynga had totally lost control of the game undermining our intelligence cost them $$$ hence all these missions ,special events with high att/def loot you will have to buy your way to the top its simple as that & zynga $$$ if not a big fan now is the best time to leave the game as for its a bigger challenge but im up for it :)

Don't like it..levels 2000-5000 are kicking my butt all day..hard enough to compete against credit card players..when they are 3000 levels above you..it is hopeless...

ReplyDeleteeveryone keeps bitching, but zynga has changed this before... and it will probably change again. I started back when Stamina cost 2 yes TWO Godfather points, now Reward Points. I didn't get the extra 70 spent points when they changed it. Just get over it. As long as Zynga calls this game "BETA" they can change it all they want, and say the game isnt completely release yet.. it's still in BETA. In case you don't know BETA is a TESTING version that isn't necessarily ready for release. That is why i NEVER will spend money on this game. I enjoy playing but I'm not spending money on a BETA version of anything.
ReplyDeleteYeah, not reading all these posts but if you know how to play, level means NOTHING anymore. This is a fighting game. Period. There is no reason to play if you are just doing jobs etc. and personal A/D is everything.

Makes no sense cus they no brainetd. Still unfair advantage 0-500, dude get a grip and leave it alone Ban hig lvls attacking low lvls for a day and they continue ban for a week till they get the message!
ReplyDeleteLevel is not important, i am level 5000+ but i can't even beat level 400 because it is an energy account. My other account has 9000 total att/def skill points with 130k+ equipment def/att each and 2 days ago couldn't beat a level 486 which has 98k def equipment point
ReplyDeletewow... I liked havin' level 2,000 - 5,000 energy drones on my fightlist. Now I can't find anyone alive. On a positive note, with 10k defense and 4k health, I should win more and stay alive longer now that only the kiddos can hit me.
ReplyDeleteMost just fight what is presented on the fight list, as long as they are alive; the only number I usually look at is the size of the mafia; and hit ones at 501. Now the list has barely anyone alive to hit.

ReplyDeleteDoes it really matter? It's a game! Like life, you have a 50/50 chance you will win (or lose)the fight. I hit only players that have 501 mafia's. It didn't matter to me what level they were! If they are on my fight list, I attack until I can't attack anymore. Then move on to the next contestant. If I got ICED, I didn't worry about it, cause it gave me time to help out my clan & family members with whatever? I haven't played yet today, I saw this posting & checked it out. My advise...just play your game your way! Adept, overcome & concore! Happy fighting!

ReplyDeletewell....just when I thought things were looking up, they are looking down again....I am just barely over level 1000 and once again, I am at the bottom of the tank, never even got to enjoy being stronger....I always was attacking up where I could but when I get a fight list populated by level 400s I thought they were being chosen for the list because they had the skills to potentially beat me...and I have had my ass handed to me on a platter by a number of under 600 level players.....I have done all of the right things....made items that gave me skill points, fought a lot and now I am stuck...there is next to nothing loot-wise that I can get from fighting, it has to be purchased with RPs or traded with the rip-off artist....and no one is alive!!!!!! I agree that your level has nothing to do with your ability as a fighter but for the fact that over level 2000, you have gained a lot of skill points just by leveling...if you put them into A/D, you could be formidable but this was an energy game for a long time and sometimes still is for those who have more than one account...I have one account and I have worked too hard to be stuck where I am...the bottom of the totem pole even though I can kick ass if need be..not a big fan so far but perhaps it will get better when the rest of Italy opens and there is new loot

I like the idea of making changes in the fighting area, but they need to make tabs like they do with the missions, like 100-200 and up. Once your in an upper tab, you can't go back down to a lower lvl and beat up people below you, unless they attack you, then retribution is fair. LOL

ReplyDeleteWhat this really needs is a rebuild, something like the tournaments: have weight classes. You should get no XP for attacking below your weight class... but you should be able to do 50-stam attacks at higher classes so we don't have to use brawler to spend 1000+ stamina.
I never heard any complaints about the 3x mastery in the old cities that was added after I already completed them, nor did I hear any about the free gifts for high end items yet did about the boss fights to earn the items, & as a "shark tank" lvl player have been iced by lower lvl players even though my stats & skills are very high. It seems like the "complainers" want this game to be like a young child's sport where they don't keep score yet the parents (those of us that earned our way) still do.

ReplyDeleteLevel doesn't matter. Most high levels are energy accounts, anyway. Those who like to whine about getting killed by higher levels will now must be killed by more of the same level players... does it really matter?
Maybe they should go by how long since you started playing? Or my suggestion, by what color fur your pet has. That way, I can only be iced by other ppl with white cats.
Could be an option that lower levels able to attack players in and above their category, but higher can attack below their level category.
ReplyDeleteIt was an energy game for a long time, can remember the 2 stamina also. Its not about levels, its about your atk/def amounts, I'm lvl 1000, have been iced by lvl500, even with high def skills, remember the ramdom factor in the atk/def hits. Its a game, pure and simple, some care that they are have killed/iced/hit hundreds of times more than they have been killed/iced/hit. Each to our own, I just play for the enjoyment of it, I am not worried about all of above, its Just A Game.
So the high accts are defending their attacks on lower accts and the lower accts are liking the help they are getting a break from the higher levels,,, but that wont last for long and eventually you WILL reach level 1000 so you will have to fight the higher levels someday! When you get there guess what ,,, you will be at the bottom of the Shark Tank if you know what I mean. The funny part is that the higher accts dont like it so much cuz they cant find anyone alive to fight??? How come the lower levels are alive??? Maybe cuz they keep refreshing their health while the high levels get iced and just lay low. Its really in how you spend your skill points, if you want to have higher energy you will be weak! There is however one solution,,give Zynga a few thousand $$$$ then you will be better.
