The new Marketplace Limited Time Loot for sale is themed after the Fast and Furious movie series just as William predicted yesterday (1).
The first item is available is the Fenix GT and will be around for 13 more day.
There are a total of 4 vehicles and each one will be available for 2 weeks before the next is introduced.
During the past ten years, there have been 4 movies in the The Fast and The Furious film series (The Fast and the Furious, 2 Fast 2 Furious, The Fast and the Furious: Toyko Drift, and Fast and Furious). On April 29 of this year there will be a fifth one called Fast Five. Vin Diesel is in each one of these movies (except for 2 Fast 2 Furious) and I can imagine they are probably all the same (look at the titles!). This promo would have been better if it was timed with the premiere of Fast Five like we saw with The Green Hornet Loot Drop Event. In case you love the this kind of stuff, here is the trailer for Fast Five. I would only buy these items if I were a die hard Vin Diesel fan because I know it's not good strategy to buy any loot items from the Marketplace.

The last one 'Christy' was released the a few months ago.
ReplyDeleteVin only stars in films 1,4,5 and makes a cameo in the 3rd film at the very end. Film 1,3,4 are ok the 2nd film is garbage.
