Couldn't even get to see what this was about. I made a complaint in the cafe world forum about the amount of spam that is needed in the game and they band me from all forums. Hard to run advice sites if I can't see the forums lol

@Les Make a new Forum account... you wouldnt be the first, that is ALSO against the rules... but whats the worst they are going to do? Ban you?
ReplyDeleteYea...sad but Zynga forums are seriously censored. It seems as though Zynga has instructed the moderators to delete anything that does not praise its services. There is no doubt that Zynga censoring people on its forum has led to a lot of negative feelings and backlash.
ReplyDeleteIt really isn't too hard to address complaints...as long as the complaint is valid and is not threatening.
I received a few warnings and was suspended for giving an honest opinion about receiving inbox spams by phishers in Zynga Poker. I worked with CS for some time and helped close a lot of fact sites and accounts. When I posted a helpful warning to others and how to approach the problem I was suspended. Hmm
I have since quite playing Zynga Poker for fear my account was being phished on too much and would lead to it getting hacked. If you go ot the forums you will see a lot of accounts being reported as hacked. Zynga even acknowledges it and has special forms for these situations. But lets not try to warn people about what to look for or how to handle attacks. :((
