My friend and mafia member, Karin Schmidt of Karin's Combat Arena sent out a message today notifying her members of a problem in Treasure Isle involving digging and stamina refills. Karin says to wait until the issue is resolved to attempt to get your stamina refill. I couldn't find anything on the Zynga Forums or Customer Support so check Karin's page for updates.

One thing that i notice is when you go to the promotion you will be taken to a gift page. if you do cancel the gifting and let it open. before it loads close it. Then go back to Mafia Wars and through the link go back.. and it should load without going through gift.
