The Mafia Wars Fan Page is giving us a free Defense Skill Point. I guess they got tired of giving us one free Reward Point and wanted to try something different. I'll take a Skill Point over a Reward Point any day and I hope they stick with this type of giveaway.
If you have the new home page layout, you won't get the notification shown below but you will still get the Defense Skill Point. Nobody should get the notification as it doesn't make any sense. You would think they would have reworded the old Reward Points notification instead of just replacing the word reward with defense. The only great thing you can get with one defense point is the hope that you won't get your ass kicked. Just don't forget that no matter how strong you are, there will always be somebody stronger!
