If you're working on Atlantic City, you may find that every time you log in and look at your home page job module that your Las Vegas mastery is all jacked up. I found that travelling to Las Vegas corrects the problem. Just go to Las Vegas, click on jobs and when you return to the home page it will be back to the right percentage of mastery. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to what you mastery percentage is. Because it's easy to fix, it's not a big deal and just annoying.
