In the midst of too many updates to count, Zynga is throwing a totally random event and contest at us this weekend.  According to The Official Mafia Wars Blog, the new event is called HUSTLIN' WIT DRE.  Wow those guys at Zynga are just too cool for school.  They have the hip hop lingo down!  We are told that good things come to those who hustle and it appears that this is going to be another gifting event with Dr. Dre themed items.

In case that wasn't enough for you to say WTF? There's more!  Another "real" contest is upon us involving another rapper.  Complete mastery of this event and you will automatically be entered to win a signed copy of Dr. Dre's new album called Detox or the exclusive "Beats by Dre headphones". Are these headphones real or are we are trying to win an exclusive loot item? I'm so confused.  If these are in fact real headphones, my co-hosts on The Informant Podcast will be so jealous when I show up wearing these bad boys.  The Official Rules aren't published yet so this is all we have to go by.

Here are the mastery items and their stats.  The Silver Mastery Items stats are a surprise (or someone forgot to add them).  They did leave us a clue by saying 3x Mastery Item.  I guess we will get to do this event 3 times.  I wonder if we will get 3 entries for doing so.

If you can't get enough of Dr. Dre, watch the 10 second video in which he goes on about Mafia Wars! I've always liked Dr. Dre so I can't really make fun of him.  Oh my, the headphones are real!  I really want some Beats by Dre Headphones so I will make sure to master this event and be one of the cool people.
