2X Mastery Boost Bug

According to the Zynga Release Notes #13, the bug causing players to get an error when accepting the 2X Mastery Boosts has been fixed.
I'm not so sure about this as I'm still getting the error codes when accepting my boosts.
You can see that this image was taken 2 hours ago which is about 6 hours after the Release Notes were posted.

    Not been entirely fixed, and I can't find enough info on how to make 2x Mastery links (to be used as tinyurls) to share with friends, etc...
