Prep Loot Glitch?

One of my mafia members, Ed Moreau, sent me the following image.  He noticed two two items were listed on his Robber Beta log that he had not seen before.  They were listed as 1 Set of Card and 1 Set of Token.  The "s" was missing on both of these.  He went to his inventory and checked them out.  They were spelled correctly in his inventory but were both listed under the special loot category and were giftable!

I tried to reproduce this but had no luck.  Maybe it was fixed or is this a glimpse into the future and Prep Loot may become giftable?  That would help a lot of new players and those of us who don't need the Prep Loot anymore would gladly give it away and get it out of our inventory.
