Mission: Possible...The 35+ Day of Christmas Event

David Reedy is never at a lose for cool Mafia Wars ideas.  His latest is called Mission: Possible.  His goal is to ensure that players who would never have a chance to vault the Lotto Collection get the opportunity to do so before Christmas.  It's a mission that David and his friends are very passionate about.  I know I spent a lot of time and effort learning how to trade and realize that there are many daily players who can't do this because of time constraints or they are intimidated by the trading scene. This is a cool way for the trading community to give back to the Mafia Wars community as a whole.  This is a Pay It Forward concept and players who receive lotto sets are only asked to give back others when they are able to. If you are in need of a lotto set or a particular piece to complete your set, simply go HERE and leave a comment or send David a personal message.  Initially this event was going to give 100 lotto sets away by Christmas but this goal was easily achieved and has be changed to 500. Donations of lotto sets will also be accepted.  I think this is a great cause and support it 100%.  I truly hope that all of my readers who are non-traders and don't have a lotto set will leave a comment and get one by Christmas. Maybe Zynga will read David's note and donate a few as well.  The lotto set is just pixels to the average person but they mean so much more to Mafia Wars players!  I asked David to tell me more about this event and below is a summary of what he said.


"Our goal was initially to help 100 people get vaulted with our limited resources. But as the trading community started getting wind of this, the donations to the cause have become incredible! We decided to up the ante; to get 500 players vaulted! And who knows... that number may go higher!  This event is all about the smiles and the simple joy of seeing people get this collection vaulted! That is what makes it all worthwhile!"/David Reedy
