Whenever I log into my account and see that someone has declared a war on me, I immediately go to the War Page and ask for help. Today I got really annoyed when there was nothing I could do about it. I checked my Beta Live Updates and Player Updates but there was nothing listed about anybody declaring war. What made it worse was there were all kinds of posts about people vaulting collections!

I have not been warned for over a week now... they say they know of the problem and are working on it...My cell Phone option to warn me has stopped working also
ReplyDeleteHad this problem a few weeks ago and it was the usual "known issue" but seems to be resolved for me now
ReplyDeletecheck your log to understand that feature unavalaible only after you lost your war. if you notice in time and fight back then no problem to access war. if you noticed too late and cant fight back you will see that unavalaible crap.
ReplyDelete@Disaster, this a problem that a lot of people have and continue to have. I can write about anything I want and title it whatever I feel like. The point I was making here is that someone declared war on me and I couldn't do anything about it. The point is it was working for others and not me.
ReplyDelete@Anonymous, I have over 6K mafia so my log didn't have it there as it was filled with so much crap the war declaration was gone.
I had this problem twice, both times I complained to zynga and they gave me 40 RP's as a pacifier because their technicians are aware of this problem and are working on it. Liz G
