It appears Zynga hasn't learned their lesson about having a Purchase button too close to something else like we saw a while ago on our homepage message box. Many players were accidentally buying loot items for 35 Reward Points when they thought they were clicking on something else. We were all happy when Zynga added a link so we could easily find the jobs that produce consumable items.
Zynga got a little jiggy with this and added the option to buy consumable items using Reward Points. This isn't a problem at all and there are some players who would rather buy them outright than be bothered to repeat a job over and over. The problem is that the "Buy 10 for 15 RP" button is in very close proximity to the link that would take one to the job so they could make more.
Mike Nestor clicked the wrong button and found that he purchased 10 consumable items. He was too mad to take a screen shot so I tested it out on an energy account. When I clicked on the Find It link I was taken to the job. I imagine that's what most players would prefer to do.
When I clicked on the Buy 10 for 15 RP, I was instantly given 10 Hidden Charges. There was no verification button prior to the purchase. I would be really mad if I hadn't done this on purpose. Using 10 Reward Points for an energy refill would get most players more than 10 of any consumable item. If Zynga reconsidered their price point, more players than just those who aren't paying attention would buy consumable items from the Marketplace.
