If you want to know all the details about Italy as soon as possible, go to Customer Support. The Italy 411, Factoids and FAQ Page has all the details.  Italy will enter the Beta testing phase some time today and will be open to everybody on October 21st.

    For players without access, Italy will be fully released on October 21st (evening, San Francisco time) Beta is scheduled to go live on full release on the evening of October 21st

    To my surprise I got in last night. It is much the same layout as Vegas so more begging and building to do. The first consumable was a "severed pinky"...a little gross:-)
