Halloween Loot Event

Zynga has posted the following banner to the game.  Some type of Halloween Loot Event will start tomorrow.
Bossy Don from TopMafia.Info posted additional information (1) and managed to get the names of all the loot items.  There are 7 Costume items with one mastery item called a Vampire Bat.  It sounds like a collection to me.  We won't know anything for sure until tomorrow.
