I got a new pop-up when I logged into my Mafia Wars account.  New limited edition Loot items have been added to The Lucky Stash slot machine.  You get these items when

You get loot items from The Lucky Stash slot machine when your bonus meter fills up and the wheel lands on "Loot".

The list of documented items you can already received is quite extensive.  Here are all the known items to date from The Mafia Wars Wiki Lucky Stash Loot Page.  So far we don't know what the new items are.  Keep checking the Mafia Wars Wiki for updates.  Comment here if you get something not listed.
