This doesn’t really matter anymore because the Thanksgiving Feast Collection Event has expired but Zynga has updated their Customer Support page which identified a bug that never existed. Two days ago we pointed out that this document was not even necessary because there wasn’t a bug [1]. Either they read our post or the big investigation led to the same conclusion. They completely rewrote the article which can be found here. It's too bad they even spent time on this as they should be looking into the Mission and Top Mafia bugs which still persist. Hopefully this little incident will lead to them to add a separate timer for the redeeming phase on the next event of this type.

I would not be at all surprised at all if they saw your post and figured out it was working as intended based on that. I think they do that often.

ReplyDeleteNot quite totally true, Till the event ended I could ask for them and I know people hit it but It wouldn't ever be added to the amount. If I collected them from jobs fights gifts or arenas it would register, I am sure I am not the only one
ReplyDeleteI was unable to commit stamina towards robbing as all was allocated to the timed mission, but I completed all but 2 items and was able to get enough to vault the item. So while I was not able to totally complete the event, I feel I did well enough
