Skill Point Reallocation is now active. If you missed it, next time try the Desktop Notifications feature in the Spockholm Mafia Toolbar or check the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page frequently. Find the Skill Point Reallocation in the Marketplace under the Stat Items tab. For more information on how Skill Point Reallocation works, go here. You can purchase one of each item every 4 hours. Each reallocation offering is only available for a limited time.
I've been looking for this link for 3 weeks and never once found it under the Stat Items tab. I emailed Zynga and they said it was usually active on the weekends … haven't seen it yet.
